Brass rubbing plaque of John Brocas and his wives - the original is in Sherborne St John, Hampshire. Dating from the mid century, this plaque would have been used in schools to allow the children to experience brass rubbing without having to travel.
It's so unusual that it makes a real statement. The brass really polishes up well if you prefer a bit more 'bling' in your life!
This is such a unique piece that there aren’t many rooms that can suitably accommodate it but this would look fab in period property, hotel, retail or domestic.
